The importance of TAIGI (great cause) cannot be overstated. A few years ago, I learned this word from the president of a large company. This TAIGI captivates people, like a great ship crossing the sea, gathering countless individuals in its wake. And this wave of TAIGI opens up a new journey, one that will never end.

Our journey of creation is always an unpredictable path. Creation is not just the accumulation of ideas. It is born in the moments when the deep passion within us intersects with the desire to go beyond our limits. We do not work merely for business; our mission is to continuously create new value as creators in this world.

However, creation requires dialogue. It is not something built alone but something that arises from “collisions” with colleagues, partners, and everyone involved. Just as the best comedy skits aren’t crafted by one person alone, it takes the spark of passion and the shaping of words to bring out smiles in people. We, too, wish to create those “skits,” to perform on the best stage, and to be the source of smiles, surprise, and inspiration.

Complicated business terms and industry jargon often create barriers. But we aim to tear down those walls. We believe in language that everyone can understand, in passion that everyone can feel. There’s no need to explain complex things. What matters is how many hearts we can move, how much emotion and empathy we can create. What we seek is simplicity that resonates, and the passion that drives us forward.

The Next Stage of Our Journey

I have long worked at the forefront, pouring my passion into creation. The joy of creation, and the pride I feel in bringing new value to life, has always fueled my energy. However, as the years pass, I’ve found it increasingly challenging to maintain the same level of passion.

That’s why I’ve embarked on an endless journey. Traveling to foreign lands, encountering different cultures, and meeting a diverse array of people—these experiences have become my new source of inspiration. The landscapes and conversations of distant places rekindle the flame in my heart.

But now, I feel it’s time for me to move on to the next stage. I am stepping back from my role as a creator who works hands-on at the forefront, and shifting towards a new realm, where I specialize in writing skits. This is not simply a career change; it is a major decision to transform the experience and passion I’ve cultivated into a new form.

To do this, I need to restructure my organization and shift my mindset. Moving from an individual creator to someone who supports the team, guiding ideas into reality. From now on, I will devote all my energy to each skit, and with my team, we will build a new stage together. The fire of passion has not burned out. In fact, it burns even brighter as I prepare for the next challenge.

バンコク日本博に全日参加してきました。

このイベントは、コスプレイヤーの集まる場所としても定着しつつあるように感じましたが、何よりも圧倒的な来場者数に驚かされました。モールで開催される日本関連のイベントは時に閑散とすることもありますが、今回の日本博は大盛況でした。食だけでなく文化的な要素に加え、パラゴンという立地の利点もあり、総合的な魅力が功を奏しているように思えます。

特にどの食材が人気なのかを観察してみたところ、タイの文化と深く結びついた要素が多く見受けられました。その中でも、一つの商品に未来の可能性を感じた瞬間がありました。

また、近年減少傾向にある日本人とは対照的に、急増している中国人の存在感も非常に大きいと感じました。例えば、KUMO KUMO CheeseやMIXUE、NAIXUEなど、中国発のブランドが強力な勢いで市場を席巻しています。行きつけのマッサージ店では、日本人の客は私一人で、ほとんどが中国人のお客様。中国語を話すスタッフも多く見かけます。さらに、住んでいるコンドミニアムはほぼ新築ですが、まるで中国人しかいないかのように感じるほどです。ただし、マッサージ店とコンドミニアムは中国人が多いエリアとされているので、その影響も受けているかもしれません。

Recently, I’ve felt a strong desire to focus on reality. In Japan, it often seems that actions are driven by the need to secure budgets, obtain money, or fulfill obligations, resulting in superficial approaches that overlook the essence of matters. As a consequence, the passionate drive to pursue inspiration and the dedication to create something truly remarkable are often sacrificed. As creators, we are constantly seeking new inspiration and are never fully satisfied. This relentless pursuit is what fuels our ability to create new worlds. Our group of creators is taking the lead, striving daily to build a new world of innovation. With truth and passion, we aim to generate reality-based innovations that illuminate the future and become a beacon of hope.

お金を取るために試行錯誤した時代が終わるのでしょう。

本当に価値のあるものが動き　そしてお金が動く　人が動く

お金だけが動く、不可解な社会が終焉する。

いよいよ、私たち職人がリーダーシップをとって時代を動かしましょう！

手を取り合って、スカイダイビング！　その爽快感と達成感。それは見ている人も関わる人も、すべてを感動に包み込むことでしょう！

1分前以前のことは、もう十分に理解していますので、わざわざ言葉にしなくても大丈夫です。私たちは職人です。これから創り出す未来の夢のために言葉を使ってください！

私たちの手で紡ぐ一瞬一瞬が、未来を照らす光となります。至らない私が言うのも烏滸がましい話ではありますが、復活を心からお待ちしております。

There is no need to put into words what happened more than a minute ago; we understand it well enough already. We are artisans. Please use your words to create the dreams of the future!

Every moment we weave with our hands becomes a light that illuminates the future. Though it may be presumptuous of me to say, we eagerly await your return.

一部ではあると思いますが、コンサルタントやモールの営業者の話を鵜呑みにしないようにお気をつけください。役に立たない教科書通りの手法や、ノルマ達成のための説法に満ちていることが多いです。時にはキックバックのための何かであったり、単なる価値のない営業であったりすることもあるでしょう。

「マナーアンドトーン」や「クロージング」などという言葉を使い始めたら要注意。靴が尖っていたら要注意など、私の中でのガイドラインがあります（笑）。それはさておき、本当に売れるテクニック（売れる理由）は、売れている店舗だけが所有しています。店舗をゼロから立ち上げてきた者しか知り得ない勝つための技があるのです。技というよりは、勝ってきた理由と言った方がシンプルかもしれません。

もちろん、それが全てというわけではないので、他のやり方を否定することは今までしたことがありませんし、どちらかというとリスペクトしています。ただただ見守るだけです。しかしながら、新たな活路を見出す時が訪れた場合、この1つの理由に興味を示す良い機会かもしれません。

その理由は書けないですけど。

私のクリエイターとしての最後の仕事は、世界中の心温まる素晴らしい体験を見つけるために世界をめぐり、その温もりを多くの人に伝えることです。そして、世界中の人々の心がますます輝き、美しい心を大切にできるように、少しでもお役に立てればと考えています。

My final task as a creator is to travel around the world to discover heartwarming and wonderful experiences, and to share that warmth with many people. I hope to contribute, even just a little, to making people’s hearts shine brighter and to cherish the beauty of their hearts all around the world.

Công việc cuối cùng của tôi với tư cách là một người sáng tạo là đi khắp thế giới để khám phá những trải nghiệm ấm lòng và tuyệt vời, và chia sẻ sự ấm áp đó với nhiều người. Tôi hy vọng có thể đóng góp, dù chỉ là một chút, vào việc làm cho trái tim của mọi người trên khắp thế giới trở nên rạng rỡ hơn và trân trọng vẻ đẹp của trái tim họ.
